Becky Donner's work focuses on creating new models of community and physical space to strengthen social fabric and economic development. Her experience spans placemaking, civic innovation, entrepreneurship, community engagement, economic development, public-private partnerships, facilities management, privately owned public space, and more.
She is best known for her work as Director of District Hall, a civic gathering space for innovators and entrepreneurs — the first building of its kind. Currently based in Boston, MA, she is an amateur silversmith, a self-proclaimed "dog person", public art enthusiast, and a staunch and unwavering advocate for Oxford commas.
Ally Schmaling is a photographer living and working in Boston. Her vibrant, colorful work celebrates her subjects' uniqueness, prioritizing energy and joy over perfection.
